The servicing guys here are brilliant! They are sensible when parts replacement will be required soon, advising driver to pop back in, say, 2,000-3,000 miles and they would check the wear again. Service reception are very good and will try and squeeze you in if possible when something needs urgent attention. I have been going here for many years and trust them to be honest and professional!

Would definitely recommend. Had an oil leak from our DS3 and previous garage was suggesting engine out and up to £1000. Neil booked us in and charged for 30 mins work. Showed me the leak, told me the part required-cost £3.98 and for a total of £35 no more drip tray required on the now drive.

Ive used this garage ever since I've owned a car, and they've never done me wrong.
Always remember my name from when I walk in the door, and detailed descriptions of the work I've needed doing when I've wanted it.
They always accommodate around you, providing updates if requested and I've never needed to go back to them because of mistakes made.
Even if i pop in for a quick query, its normally straight on the ramp if necessary, or the quick fix is done there and then, they'll always look after you.

Our association with Sovereign may be considered as a fate. We live In Manchester and have already spent more than £600 in the local Williams MINI and Halford for service and maintenance. But only within a month of the service, while we were driving on the highway near Stafford, the car had some mechanical issues.

Initially, we wanted to go to another Garage from Stafford (recommended by Google). Surprisingly, the Garage suggested we go to Sovereign.

We very much appreciate the professionalism and honesty of the team from Sovereign. They never wanted to charge us a penny more, so we have no hesitation to drive over an hour from Manchester to fix our car here.

Unfortunately, we don’t have any friends in Stafford to recommend them to use your service, but we definitely will be back for MOT, service etc. THANK YOU SO MUCH everyone from the Sovereign team!
